This painting began as a shared moment in the studio. Pockets of time where colours, curiosity and creativity met.
The first layers were created together with my daughter, exploring acrylics, watercolours and brushes with no plan and no expectations. Just pure play, movement and the freedom of following what feels right.
From these spontaneous layers, I continued the journey, intuitively allowing flowers to emerge and grow. I followed the colours, textures and energy already present on the canvas, rather than trying to control where it wanted to go.
This painting is a reminder that creativity can be found in unexpected moments. That sometimes the most beautiful beginnings come through the interruptions, the pauses and the simple act of being fully present.
